History
Secured eMail was founded in 2003 to develop and sell a groundbreaking encryption tool to prevent data leakage. The Cryptzone Group came into being in 2007 in order to better reflect the growing range of data protection solutions being developed by the company. The following year Cryptzone became listed on the Nasdaq/OMX "First North" stock exchange. During 2010 The Cryptzone Group expanded through a series of acquisitions of market-leading IT security brands: AppGate Network Security, ControlGuard, NETconsent and SE46 and now boasts a solid portfolio of IT security solutions.
